Hey guys,
Did a commercial steam cleaning job on glue down carpet Saturday at a small office that was trashed. Was having a really hard time with it, used Prochem All Fiber Rinse and Ultrapak Extreme Prespray in an attempt to get heavy soiling out. When I was finished with the job it looked a lot better, but the customer said there's brown blotches or streaks on top of the carpet across all the areas when she went to look at it last night. I haven't had any issues like this before. Her husband is a carpet cleaner and said I should have bonnet cleaned it after the steam cleaning which I also have never heard of needing to be done before. My plan is to go in and rinse it again with just the all fiber rinse and lower pressure. I'm not sure if this is glue coming up, or what? I'll be there in an hour to go take a look but wanted to get this on here in case anyone has any ideas or advice. I'll add more pictures when I get there but this is what she sent me:
