Good morning everyone!
I am working up a bid for a pizza chain restaurant concrete floor cleaning.
It is just plain old sealed concrete that has not been cleaned in many years.
Greasy, greasy, sticky, and greasy.
Will Groutmaster do the trick?
Also there is galvanized metal on the lower half of the walls that are greasy and need cleaned up too.
Groutmaster for that as well?

What are your thoughts?

I'd find a degreaser that is at least a PH of 14. Spiked with something citrus. You could go with a higher dilution if your using heat in the area of 240F.

I have done a search and not much about cleaning stained concrete floors. Seems a pad machine would work very well but no one has even brought it up. Too labor intensive? Spray a little flex w citris down let it dwell and pad it up?

You need to go to a pressure washing supplier near you (or online) and tell them what you have just like you did here. They will sell you something that is so much cheaper than groutmaster or citrus-anything and I dare say more effective. It will be made to be sprayed on walls, and made for kitchen grease and make your job way easier.

Groutmaster boosted with floor stripper works like a champ too.
