The bonzer does great on area rugs. It is heavy enough to hold the rug down.

Usually on front portion I’ll steam forward and extract forward one pas at a time no triangles unless it’s heavy enough.

Fringes are extra but we can on site using boost all

I honestly try not to charge by foot each job is different I charged $750 for this one did done in less than 4 hours
