People who are not customer wanting to you to explain cleaning process

Today I was doing a job when someone that wasn't the customer (another worker) wanted to know what my process was and whats that, ect, ect. I tried not being rude but I really don't like non customers wanting me to explain my process and validate it to them, especially while i'm working! Anybody else run into this?

yep! Was cleaning a church (long time customer) and the new janitor was shadowing me and asking all sorts of questions.

Have not cleaned there since. Wonder why....

I get these too once in a while buT maybe im patient or something but I dont mind. Ive learned to stay focused and have a conversation. I dont even mind if the competion asks me some questions

Had a cleaning lady that kept asking my guys all kinds of questions aboit our process when she was in a unit my guys were cleaning shed stop and watch was always checking out the vans. Next thing you know she has a piece of shit van and truckmount and her husband is a carpet cleaner lmao
