Happy Saturday team!
Just finished my 8.4 dual stack installation into an old Terminator last night, can’t wait to try it out!

In any case; I’m using a cap right now for single vac operation/testing;
Is there a DIY and/or inexpensive check valve solution?

I thought about using a 2” ball float cage on the exhaust inside a 2.5-3” pipe with reducers, and realized that would be huge inside my box (and the ping pong ball would probably melt)

I saw some prefab check valves at my local hardware store, and TM relief / check valves on Steam-Brite, but they’re pretty pricey.

Pvc check valve on stack. Wont melt there. Its upside down in relation to gravity because you want to stop air from going up stack into tank. But it works. You can hesr it slam shut.

Not sure how I missed those in the hardware store! Thanks!
