I just got myself an Orbot Sprayborg for commercial carpet cleaning, and I love it. I have rented it a few times, but decided to get one after I landed my latest bid. My goal for 2022 is to do more commercial work.

It's like printing money compared to residential!

My go-to method is encap on commercial carpets. I am with @rob allen all the way, when he says encapsulation for GCD carpeting.

However this job has a commercial restroom floor they want cleaned as well. They say it's linoleum. They don't want it stripped, just cleaned. I was going to use a high pH pre spray boosted with an oxidizer (specifically Vacaway's Grease Hawg and Detonator). My plan is to just scrub the s***t out of it with a black/grey pad and suck up the slurry with a shop vac. Mop with microfiber after wards. It's only about 200 square feet.

Any advice for for deep cleaning a linoleum floor? It's a dispatch office for trucks, so it's kind of greasy.

I would definitely avoid a black pad for sure. If they don't want it stripped, avoid a stripping pad. You'll most likely take off a lot more wax than you want to. Saying that part from experience. Your process sounds good but maybe start with a red pad, and work up to green if that doesn't cut it.
