Old DEVPRO wand, stucked swivel head, help

Dear TMF Members
I have got by beloved DEVPRO that I did purchased recently with stucked swivel head.

I'am sure someone get in to that issues, what I am looking for is some advice how to deasembly swivel head to get in to the bearing to investigate issue and if there is a bearing issue, where can I get replacement one.

I think you have to cut the head off and get it repaired or replaced. Have you asked Tom C?
