Old Commercial rubber back carpet squares!!!!

Hello everyone,
I have an account that has very old rubber backed ( gray) carpet in a rehab center. 99.9 is coffee or soda and hot coco stains. Along with Hsking mop bucket spills.
methods range from encapsulation to scrubbing with the cimex then extraction.
pressure last used was 500 psi. Should I be higher or lower on the pressure. I used Magic wands trashed green. Awesome results everywhere but here. An air mover was used and it worked on the mop bucket spill not wicking back, but got my butt handed to me on the inspection 2days later.
Need help please, this a big part of my income.

Go back and scrub it with your Cimex and a peroxide boosted encap followed by a cotton bonnet on a buffer to extract and get it dry faster. You could also prespot a lot of the spills with an oxy spotter followed by that process

Good thing about that type of carpet is there is no chance of the subfloor contaminating/ wicking up anything from underneath. You can use a high pressure like you did on it but you better get it clean all the way down to the backing because it will wick up what’s left for soil on the base of the fiber. If it were me and I was gonna HWE that I’d use an encap like Bonnetpro Rocket or Hydrox and extract slowly followed by a cotton bonnet buff.
