Hey guys, have a question on your recommendations for the best product to use here.

Customer has Wall to wall wool carpets, previous cleaner cleaned them and moved the cherry-oil stained wooden furniture(Table chairs) back onto the wet carpets without putting any tabs, The stain from the wood bled into the carpets and has left a orange/red stain thats very noticeable.

This was several years ago(Guess he refused to comer back after it happened and they just never got anyone since)

Anyone have any recommendations for this? She's a nice little old lady in a a good neighborhood so would love to get it out for her and get some recommendations in the area. Thanks in advance.

A real rock and a hard place
Wool is incredibley easy to dye and easy to damage with oxidizers and reducers

First off the customer has to release you of all liability

Start with Liqua-gel
Work into the areas
Rinse thoroughly and extract as much as possible to get the fibers dry

Apply Stainexit to the stained fibers only
Use a dry iron with a damp towel
15 seconds at a time

This will definitely remove dye from the carpet that belongs there but is the only chance to remove the furniture stains

Again
Get the customers release

I really recommend not doing this if possible

Thanks for the feedback. I've already gotten them to release me of liability and their next course of action if it can't be removed is to replace the carpets, so that leaves me a bit if options.
