I'm working pretty hard to get my books in some sort of order. Sat down with the accountant today to begin bringing myself up to speed with QB, now that I've purchased it, and am REALLY getting grumpy about the hoops one has to jump through to get invoices from Invoice2Go on iPad into QB Pro.
First, I had to buy a Cloud2Go account that would let me do more than 100 invoices. Then I had to purchase the desktop version of Invoice2go, and sync the iPad to the desktop version, THROUGH the Cloud2Go account. Total of $150-200 or so, and that's almost as much as I paid for QB. THEN you're supposed to be able to export the invoices directly into QB, but they're not showing up, and I'm getting error messages about "not being able to confirm the invoice was exported".
At this point, I DO NOT recommend anyone use Invoice2go for your invoicing. It's proving to be a real headache, and they have some hidden charges if you plan of keeping book with QB.
