Newbie!Help with first portable!

Hi guys!
There's a Pex500 portable with a evolution wand for sale in my area for 4500 CAD. says it comes with a upholstery tool and 4-500 bucks of chemicals. Is this a good machine?

the chassis design itself is fairly new (definitely not the newest and the best), but you have to make sure both cords are capable of running on two 15A outlets with the pump running on at least 200 psi in canada. Also if the motors are 3 stage, ideally they should be running in parallel (if running in series, the machine wont do well even at 50' of hose). The heater is nice, but it has to able run on max with both vac motors and pump on to get good result. Also open the chassis if you can, and check the vac motors' conditions (especially the carbon brush length). If all of the above requirements are met, 4-4.5k cad is worth a shot.
