Branching out and building a commercial restoration company and trying to come up with a name. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! We will be based in SC and cover NC and GA. Thanks

If your customers already know you by Royal, either keep it in the name somehow (Royal Restoration, Royal Disaster Response, etc) or make the name something that people associate with royalty. Crowns, scepters, nobility, castles, etc.

There are about six other companies in our area with the word "Royal" in their names, though, so be prepared to get creative ;)

Great ideas! Im teaming up with a commercial construction company to build the restoration company. It is too much to train carpet guys with cleaning and restoration. Equipment being transported in cleaning vans is tough too.

Check with Jonathan, I believe he's got word on some VERY nice resto-ready box trucks. We had one up here in Charlotte but it's gone already.

If you're going to stick with vans, then try staying with the smaller-sized (but extremely potent) dehus like Revolutions, DryMax, or DryMax XL. Phenomenal drying power, itty bitty living space. At L or XL in Xactimate, they're quite capable of doing what an R250 or LGR 6000 would do, but don't take up as much room in the van and can be stacked. Plus, the DryMax XL comes with a link-up to the free Phoenix app that helps with equipment tracking, drying logs, etc.
