New Dang Pro V3 swivel wand

I own the DevPro and I assure you it is not metal on metal...and when I grease it..if I turn it while the caps are off the bearings come out..I found that out really fast first time I did it...I was crawling around looking for them...test it...give it time..but I have been around this tree many many times with things like that and sooner or later they always fail...the stronger metal will eventually start to pit the weaker one...all I am doing is giving you a heads up on something that you will be responsible for once you start selling it ...

How convenient is a swivel wand?
The primary advantages of a swivel wand is the ability to almost lay the wand down flat to get under things better that you couldn't easily get under with a normal wand. It also makes it easier to get in and around really tight areas like around beds and other bedroom furniture. I've done rooms where there was barely room to walk. Getting into closets is easier too. If you're doing wide open areas there really is zero advantage. I'm still using the original stainless steel Bentley. Mine has held up really well. It does weigh maybe 4 lbs. more than the new titanium model, but with a glide it's not bad to use.

Jim Martin wheel and engine bearings are metal on metal. As long as lubrication is present in any bearing race it won't fail.
ther same type of metal though with the same hardened characteristics and of course lubrication. It seems like the swivel jacket is made off of a softer metal than the bearings. Unless there is a built in race I can't see.

Time will tell, 50 wands in the trenches lasting at least 1 year before "major repairs" are needed should be a good test. Two days cleaning.... I don't think so.

Tony makes great wands I was so lucky to get his stair wand i have to say I really like it so far. it's perfect size for me and my business. I use it in small areas where normal wands are hard to work like rvs and landings.

People don't buy... give the thing one year before you decide. let Kyle and others be the victims. I would buy any other from my buddy Tony but not an overpriced Alpha version.

Pinosan, Don't waste your time. No one is going to listen to you except me. :) Let them learn the hard way.

Crazy how two different boards can have totally opposite opinions of a product.
Money talks bud. If you want an unbiased opinion then one forum is the best for that. If you want a direct interview with the maker of such product with strong questions and hooks to the liver, than one forum is the best. If you want to watch fancy videos and strong promotions for a buck or two then the other forum is the best.
