Good evening. I have a New Jersey-based commercial janitorial business. I have cleaned tile and grout but with a side-by-side machine and wet vac. A newly yet to open Chick-fil-A 5 miles from my home are looking for tile and grout cleaning of the total square footage of 3814 ft. Half of the square footage is the front dining and the other half is kitchen. They want anything in the kitchen that has wheels to be moved and cleaned underneath and put back. In total they are looking for six separate quotes. They are looking for front and back six days a week, front and back three days a week and front and back once per week. They are also looking for six days a week just the kitchen, three days a week just the kitchen and once a week just the kitchen. They know that the cleaning will be expensive so they want different prices to compare to see which one will best suit their budget. I need help with finding out how much time it would take me to clean those floors and how much to charge. What I plan on doing for the quotes that are for six days a week and three days a week would be to put two employees for the cleaning. Any cleaning that they want for once a week I would then go myself with 2 other employees. I do not want to be cleaning on those nights that are priced for six days a week or three days a week. FYI if I get this job I'm gonna have to buy a portable tile and grout cleaner. But let's not factor that into the price because I know that that's gonna be paid within the first or second month of cleaning. Please check out the video and let me know. I intend on using a Sandia 1200 PSI with Turbo Hybrid. The pics are for reference not for you to actual measure.
