Or dirt blocker with citrus booster

Not stupid, it just means we have seen things that will give most nightmares..

I am a huge fan of peroxide based presprays.. like such a huge fan I use them everyday.

I use ultrapac normally and I would use that on those. Now really nasty I like power burst let dwell and use a rake to work it in works well for me. I also boost most of my presprays with pro orange

What kind of machine do you have?

I use trashed green and grease eater.. and that would clean up very nice with those products, landing you that big contract.

those carpets look like they would clean up with no pre spray, no agitation, and a water rinse

what ive seen some guys call "nasty" and "filthy" other guys like myself are happy to see houses that clean

but to answer your question, i personally would use either chemspecs prekleen, or pros choice extreme clean. if your really looking to wow them on these carpets just use any good, name brand prespray and thats that.

Do you know of any pet stains on that second job? I been using powermax from cobb on my residentials and hotels. seems to be working real well. It has citrus ,oxy, and enzymes in it. we mix with real hot water cause the enzymes are synthetic. It works good for soil at 2-4 oz per gallon. If color stains present we go with the high dilution of 8oz per gallon and dwell for at least 15 minutes. But I would keep that spray just on the spots. it is pretty soapy at the mixture. If urine dwell 15 to 30 minutes. Really you still need to flush urine spots(claw) if they pay for that. but if just spraying a wanding this works good. I also like preload , like Rich said any name brand prespray will do the trick. Keep a citrus booster on the truck but use only 2 to 4 oz per gl usually. any citrus needs to be rinsed well.the name brand stuff made for carpets will rinse better though.
What you have should work as well. Problem you don't want is wicking. You don't want a call back. I thought I might have seen some of that powder deo by the couch there. I could be wrong but if they sprinkle the carpet it is always possible. rinse that spot a little before applying prespray. stick a fan on it also. So you can see it dry. Which brings up drying. dry stroke and place fans. Deodorize and rake when done. If you really think they can help you then maybe scotchguard the living room and bad areas for them. Just be careful not to be fooled by promises. I can tell you people have hinted this kind of stuff to me more times than I can remember. Depends on your situation. follow up call to check on job and see if he brings up account. If not ask him if he has anything else he would like you to look at?
Good luck!
