Tired of taking this portable up/down stairs. Should I invest in a quality booster...Would that reasonable be effective to leave in the van for regular single family house single story condo?

With the MyTee dual LX motor Booster, you should be able to go 150 ft. or more. Then you could leave it all in the van.
