Don’t have a fresh water tank. The blue bottle that you see in the pictures is a water softener system.
The reel is sitting on a plate that swivels 360 degrees. The plate is sitting on an arm made of angle iron that is bolted to plate that is bolted to the frame of the van.
I still need to build a kick stand for extra re-enforcement.
Electric live reel and electric vac hose reel. If you look closely in the front of the Everest you will see a toggle switch that powers the reel.

You dont have to have a fresh water tank...
Accept on apts.....

On rentals i will call to see if warter is on...
Usually better to tqke water....
Also sometimes,on large commercial accts......
You will have a far section that cant reach water hos ...eisier to fill tank...
I knew a guy who had a 120 gallon tank...filled it up in the morning and used most of the day.......
A lot of extra weight on your van however????
