Over a five-year period while I was in college, I worked for a company that installed windows for high-end houses. Getting high-end customers is easy money. The bucket should be worn on a belt and the razor blade should have a handle for ease of use. Step ladders that are sturdy and 4ft or 6ft in height would be ideal. There should be two types of towels on you, one for slops and the other for medical scrubs.

To wipe down window seals and to dry the squeegee before you use it again, use a slop towel. Edges are wiped with scrub towels. In order to do a good job, you need a good scrubbing mop with a handle. Ear phones that are good for listening to sports talk or favorite tunes. In addition to these tips, I have many more to offer. Washing windows is more appealing to me than cleaning carpet.

In my opinion, a fair price should be charged rather than what you need to survive.
Despite the fact that you look after the business, you are still an employee of the business, and while you have a right to be paid, the business needs its own portions as well.

Underbidding is not the best idea if you have all the necessary certifications, insurance, bonds, licenses, office rental, and other expenses. We can help if you send private message.

Congratulations on the new opportunity to add window cleaning to your services! Here are some tools and supplies you'll need to get started:
  1. Squeegee: This is the most important tool for cleaning windows. A good quality squeegee with a sharp blade is essential for achieving streak-free results. You'll need to choose a squeegee that fits the size of the window you'll be cleaning.
  2. Window cleaning solution: There are many different brands and types of window cleaning solutions available. You can purchase a ready-made solution or make your own using a mixture of water and dish soap or vinegar.
  3. Bucket: You'll need a bucket to hold your cleaning solution and to rinse your squeegee.
  4. Scrubber: A scrubber is used to apply the cleaning solution to the window and to loosen dirt and grime.
  5. Extension pole: An extension pole is helpful for reaching high windows without the need for a ladder.
  6. Ladder: If you can't reach a window with an extension pole, you'll need a ladder to safely access it. Make sure the ladder is sturdy and secure before climbing it.
  7. Microfiber cloth: A microfiber cloth is useful for wiping up any remaining moisture or streaks after squeegeeing the window.
  8. Safety equipment: It's important to wear appropriate safety equipment when cleaning windows, especially when working at height. This can include gloves, safety glasses, and non-slip shoes.
When cleaning windows, it's important to work in a methodical manner to ensure you don't miss any spots or create streaks. Start by applying your cleaning solution to the window with the scrubber, making sure to cover the entire surface. Then, use the squeegee to remove the cleaning solution, working from the top of the window down to the bottom. Wipe the blade of the squeegee with a clean cloth after each pass to avoid streaks. Finally, use a microfiber cloth to wipe up any remaining moisture or streaks.
With practice and the right tools, you'll soon be a pro at cleaning windows! Good luck with your new venture.
