I have a onan 16hp 4300 hrs still running I wonder if a Briggs would fit on it ?
Let's see some pictures of the engine and other parts. The Briggs is considerably taller than the 16 hp Onan. Length and width are fairly close.

A Honda GX620 may be a closer fit.

Funny, The Most dependable TM is not even listed here.

No Question there are more 20 year old Bane Machines still in use than any other machine that is that old....

Simple, good chems, good marketing, agitation, great company support.

What do you think @Jan Sullins ?

Cleanco 56!. Ive used over 30 machines now (from franchise days) and i hate to vote for a pto but this one is the exception.

A vote on reliablity is hardly fair because over 70% of sales are prochem or hydramaster.. And most cleaners have only used a handful of machines if theyre well "traveled" which translates into those brands getting the lions share of votes.

I believe what were looking for here is more of which truckmount has the highest owner rating percentage on reliability. And after using hydra spitfires, ptos 47s, 48s, with/without salsa.. Prochem blazers, peaks and legands... Chemtexs, white magic HO and cleanco 56.. On reliablity Cleanco wins and imo wins in proformance as well. (downsides.. Expense and not enough ditributors plus dicontinuing 56 cause so many people think $3k is too much for a rare 600ft run)

No doubt about it Bane-Clene truckmounts are the most reliable. There are many out there with over 10,000 hours.
Most have original electric motor or motors and solution pumps and Sutorbilt 3M blowers. Of course they don't have
the power and you may lose some production as far as work done perhour. I have owned two and still feel that anybody
using a Bane Clene ETM should add an inline power booster or otherwise incorporate an electric vacuum motor like the
6.6 or 8.4 2 stage motors. Also the 084A Electro would work well too. About any powerful vacuum motor will really help
the Bane system to work much better. Personally I had no problem working with 150-180 psi and solution temps around
160. They produce outstanding chemicals for their own system. Also the older truckmounts that used propane or fuel oil
for heat were also very reliable and of course were very powerful with a lot of heat. Those older engines were made of cast
iron and could be rebuilt. And people did have the engines rebuilt back then.

In my case it's because my truckmount has been nothing but trouble for me since the first day I got it. There is very little reliability to report and\or vote on. I'd love to see a poll on the most unreliable truckmounts out there. I know that every manufacturer puts out a lemon now and then, but maybe we'd get a good idea of whose TM's are the most reliable by asking which are the least reliable and see the trends. Rob?
What tm do u have
