Frankenstein came to be after exhausting search to replace a perfectly good 23 year old steamgeni pto because i couldn't do tile and grout cleaning with it. After seeing what was available i decided it would be in my best intrested to take a steamgeni pto and modify it. Frankenstein is a custom steamgeni resto mod made from the best of the rest. It is a steamgeni frame, 50 gallon stainless waste tank, stainless waterbox and drive shaft, i added all stainless panels, 24k gold plated polished stainless control panel, modified cleanco enginemount, cleanco new style 2500psi heat exchangers, hydramaster salsa "afterburner " roots 47 blower, hypro pressure pump general chemical pump all fittings stainless (absolutely NO BRASS!) remote start stop (900ft range)3 speed electronic throttle, thats the machine 2years research and developmentand 8 months fabrication custom powdercoated hammertone bronze (baby shit brown) because it was the closest color to the dirt on my old machines waste tank and i wanted a machine to look clean all the time added custom wiring relays. Then install in van took 6 months (weekends) to install custom crash screens phrochem waterpond ,color matched custom narrowed (-7.5") AMERICAN van 44" side cabinet custom stainless chemical rack, narrowed (-5.25") mytee chemical rack custom built stainless filter box enough said may i present my creation Frankenstein in a 2020 chevy extended 6.0L van life expectancy is 20 to 25 years , the machine Frankenstein replaces , now my backup is a perfectly good running and looking 2000 chevy and 45 steamgeni pto (last 3 pictures)

Making of frankinstien continues a note: when it came to storage and equipment placement i relied on my background in miltary shipboard engine rooms when i served in the coast guard also looked at ambulance, fire trucks and the probably most valuable was a forestry truck because the tools they carried and mounting systems closer resembles what would be used by a carpet cleaner ambulance was least valuable most everything was stowed in drawers ,12v led lighting is also 110v when plugged in to 110 a relay automatically disconnects the lights from Van's electrical system so as not to back feed power

Thank you , He's a labor of love, first van I've ever owned that was designed where eveything, i mean everything has a place and and there is nothing laying around, designed and built for decades of easy maintenance, routine cleaning and trouble free operation like the steamgenis of the past but with modern technology!

After the research and 2 trips to vagas for trade shows to check out components i started building Frankenstein 1/19 working in my spare time i finished the machine 9/19 and started looking for a van,drivetrain was designed for 6.0L chevy. By the time i found the van covid hit , side lined the project till 12/21 when i bought the van a 2020 express2500 extended 6.0L with 31,000 miles on it started the install 1/22 and completed it end of August 2022 put it into service 9/22
I statred carpet cleaning while on active duty with the Coast guard, my back ground is shipboard main propulsion i have a complete repair facility for my business and im the only one that ever touches any of my trucks or equipment, Frankenstein was a learn by doing project, have a good understanding of wiring but never installed delphi weather pack connectors before this no experience in laser alignment of Serpentine drive but took the bull by the horns and learned as i went. The pics below are of my friends shops and my shop too, im fortunate to live in a small rural area Fort Bragg California and have a machinest/welder/fabricator, and a ship builder as friends i can call on, a project of this scale would not have been possable without them
