This is why I am considering the etm life.
I like the Vortex lite, because I do a fair amount of high rise work.
I never used it but I hear good things about the vortex lite. But if you want the speed of a TM you need the little giant heater and a generator for places that you can reach up 150 ft. İf you add a booster that will give you a longer hose runs.

You've had both a TM and an ETM setup, right? What does 2 LX motors feel like at the end of 150 feet? Even my 33 blower sucks the blood out of my hand at 150 feet, I just can't see 2 electric motors matching that.

I've used both. I obviously love truckmounts and the results but can't afford it. I own a vortex which has the dual lxs and the suction is pretty good. TMS are still supreme but it has powerful suction. I never take it out of the van and run a generator. I also have a little giant which heats the water. The most I use is 150 feet and I loose a little bit but not much. I change the vacuums out once or twice a year to be safe. When I had a tm the down time killed me when I broke down. I got back in the game and business is slowly picking up. I will eventually get a truckmount so I can do water damage jobs. Though the suction doesn't compare to a tm it still does the job for me.

I've had several TM and portables with boosters to compare. The 2 lx motors feel like a small intro 14 hp TM. As you get more money you can buy a booster and add more power. With a booster you now have what feels like 20+ hp TM. Plenty of power for 100% of my jobs.

I do believe there is a ETM system recently released with a 3rd lx motor added, this is why they probably added it

CFU counts taken before and Sfter determine how clean you are actually getting the carpets. You’ll need an ATP meter but it will change your perspective of what looks clean and what actually tests clean.. the threshold is 200 cfu, a higher number is dirty, lower number is clean.

A Vortex Lite, Booster, MyTee 480 watt heater, generator. Is all the power an heat you need for most all jobs. This will get you out 300 ft or so. This would be the power and heat of a 20+ hp TM for about half the cost.

I had electric heaters in the past, they suck big time, won't be able to keep up with my 10 flow. Currently I have a 75 gallons of a barrel with cold water, my little giant gets the water extremely hot even in this cold weather, an electric heater won't be able to do that at all.

This is true the electric MyTee wont keep up with 10 flow. Not many folks use 10 flow, especially not the ETM guys. My MyTee 4800 heater gets up to about 200 deg. then will go back down to about 170*. So stays about 170 to 200 deg with a 2 flow wand at 250+ psi. Good for ETM guys. The little giant takes another fuel and is kind big, takes up some room, not trouble free. If you want something better without buying a little giant. Try a Tim Yeater heater. It attaches to the generator. I never tried one but it sounds like it be worth trying. Check it out here:

So I recently picked up a:
MyTee Air Hog 7303LX
- an Extra LX vacume motor
MyTee Water Hog 7304
480-120 Mytee Hot
and a
12500 watt Gen

Few questions before I purchase everything else for my setup.

I'm definitely leaving the waterhog and heater in the truck. Can I leave the air hog in the truck if I, just add the extra LX motor to the top port? Will this have substantial or equal suction ~150' to pulling the air hog (in house) and running a shorter 50' run?

What size hose diameter do you suggest? Should I step down from a 2 inch to an inch and a half for the last 50 foot which could also be used for in-house runs? Will the 480 be hot enough without preheating the water at all?

I realized to run all of those together the generator isn't quite enough and I would need to run one 15amp leg to the garage.. if all was left in the truck.
