It is a barely used machine with only 43 hrs on it- when purchased new it was just under 18k. The van is clean and has been kept in good shape with all needed regular maintenance. When purchased the van was 30k.....selling for 30k (marked down from 35K) and have owned this for 2 years. Needing to get out of the business and wanting to help others and not make a huge profit- just enough to pay what is owed. Pictures are attached. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Okay that machine with 4,000 hours on it that's up for $13,500 is an Everest not a legend and they run about $30,000 brand new.

And there is depreciation the instant you buy something brand new. Just the way it is but talk to Rob

While I understand there is depreciation on both the machine and the vehicle- this is still a good deal for the package. I am merely trying to sell it for what I owe on it. I can not take a loss- and should not be expected to. I understand everyone here is looking for the best deal- let face it- most people on here are self employed through their business. My understanding is that this is a community of like minded people who are trying to work together to help each other in their respectful businesses. I do not understand nor appreciate the insinuation that I am trying to rip someone off. I am merely trying to sell the equipment I bought for a price that will allow me to pay off my debt so that I can liquidate my business. If you are not truly interested in buying it or asking helpful and respectful questions, please move to the next add. Thank you.

Rob is right! that legend's value is not greater that 10 to 12 and the van can be found at the dealership for around 18 private party I saw two one for 12 one for 13.5

If I'm going to save me 3 to 4 I would just rather buy brand new with a guarantee. just my 2 cents.

It sucks though to learn how much our equipment depreciates and how fast. any prochem dealer can evaluate the TM and help determine the fair market value.

so I think 20k would be a reasonable asking price with willingness to accept reasonable offers.

I mean no offense but .... it is what it is

I am trying to sell a barely used piece of equipment- which was evaluated by a ProChem dealer and was actually appraised higher than what I am selling it for. All I want to do is re-coup what I owe and get out of the business. I don't know what the issue is with me trying to sell this on here but in the NC market this is a good deal. I was just looking for a place to connect with others in the industry so that I can get the word out about it. I see that in order to work with people who want to be fair and not undercut an honest businessman I will need to look elsewhere.

I know you did pay way way more than that. and I if were you, I would be offended also but... look at the image above and see your reality.

If we depreciate your TM a 25% which to me would be fair and you paid 20K including local taxes your rigs goes down to 15K out the door.

now if it was only 17k at the time of purchase it goes down to what 12.5?
none will pay you 15 K for a rig that has been used most people would rather pay the dealer 3 k more and get the guarantee under their name, paper trail for tax purposes and such.

all the money you were charged for installation and all labors sadly, goes to waste and benefit for the buyer. That cannot be taken in consideration for a used, already set up rig. sadly.
