I have a cleaning business outside the US, Im a stay at home mom and it was doing well up to now. My Esprit LM machine broke (von schrader)
Now I have to decide what to do. I mostly clean decorative rugs and couches. And I used the sane machine for both. I still have a lot of chemicals from the initial purchase.
I am looking for recomendations of new equiptment, but I do need fast drying.
Please help!

If your going to do just upholstery and rugs your gonna want a decent portable extractor. Something not too heavy if your traveling to people's homes and lugging it in. You use a low moisture machine already so I'll assume you already have knowledge with drier methods.

Look around and research this board for the different portable extractor brands. Search the portable forum here also.

If you want to continue with a low moisture system, there are some great encapsulation products that can be used with hand towels, small counter-rotating brush machines (CRB) or soft brushes and bonnets fit on the end of a drill.

Why not get the VS repaired or purchase new or slighty used, since you have experience with it.

I only clean area rugs. Synthetic, or really hairy rugs since we dont have big area rugs. The largest i clean is a 9x12.
The biggest problem i have is odor removal. My vs urinse does not do the work. Could you reccomend a good product for this?
Also my customers always want to purchase a fabric protector for after the cleaning. Something they can keep at home? Is there something good out there for synthetic and natural fibers?
I was also told to purchas the rotovac cleaning tool and have been seeing videos online i just really dont understand how it works. Its attached tonwhat machine?

Since you wish to apply a fabric protector after cleaning, a hot water extraction system is essential. Fabric protectors will not work well with any system that leaves a residue behind.

Kleenrite makes good equipment. Their system for cleaning drapes and curtains requires the use of mineral spirit products. There are some health and safety issues. The machine is more expensive since it is specially built to accommodate mineral spirits. Perhaps your market is different, but there is little demand in the USA for cleaning drapes with mineral spirits. Different fabrics and more advanced cleaning procedures using water-based cleaning solutions have reduced the need for mineral spirit cleaning systems.

If you are considering Kleenrite, I would consider one of their extractors for water, not odorless mineral spirits.

Selling and shipping to various countries can become complicated due to different electric systems and customs regulations. If Ed Valentines, recommendation is familiar with shipping to your country and can suit your needs, that could be very beneficial in cutting through red tape. Ed makes excellent equipment.

Our company, Aramsco, has an office in San Juan PR that ships to some locations in central America. They carry the Nautilus, Olympus and Ninja brands. Here is the address and telephone -
