Looking for a logo redesign

I currently have a little man on my logo, which I love, but I am trying to find a graphic designer who could "redesign" my current logo. I know Rob Allen has a little character that looks like him, and I am wanting to find someone who can do something like that. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

If not, there are a lot of places online and even companies that specialize in designing logos for service companies like Carpet Cleaning, HVAC and others. I hope this helps.
