Seems like dogs are a piece of cake to get rid of. But cats require more concentrated product, longer dwell and creative location. What’s your process for cat urine stain and odor removal?

Cat is the worst. Any time I deal with cat odor the first thing I do is go in with my TMF black light and start looking at the walls. 90% of the time I find cat spray on walls and furniture so a lot of times the issue isn’t even in the carpet like people are thinking.

As for treatments I find a good acid soak followed by cleaning then using a “cide” product seems to do fairly good. I always set expectations low when dealing with cat issues.

I Agree CAT is the Worst!

I used a combo of Unchained & Black Label on a sofa and cushions
But that did not do it

But I did use in combination of the 2 Hydrocde

HYDROCIDE Works!!!

Expensive stuff At almost 90 a gallons its not cheap but

my experience is Rob's unchained, black label and Hydrocide

Pre spray hydrocide, then Unchained, prespray with black label, rinse with water NO Acid

Hydrocide Does NOT like acid (it clumps up) post spray with hydrocide

Yes cat jobs always find good stuff on walls/baseboards with TMF Uv light.

The reason I brought this up is my brother called and asked me about an upcoming cat job. He wanted to try Unchained. he is very hard to please and tells me like it is. He said "he was impressed as it got rid smell a 100%". He used it straight, let it dwell 30 mins, sprayed baseboards, flushed with claw and post sprayed the Unchained. Client was very happy and so was my brother.

I love your product but I tried

Prevacuuming
Soaking cushion covers in unchained for 50 minutes
Rinse with acid,
soak in Black label
Rinse with acid
wring out
post spray with
unchained
smelled good afar but up close it was there very strong
ended up rinsing with clear water and wringing out
soaked in Hydrocide for 15 minutes,
wrung out
post misted hydroced and groomed in

What I should have done
is

Soak with acid (vinegar)
Rinse with vinegar
wring out
spray with unchained let dwell
clean with black label

This method works best in a washer machine with (but skip the unchained)

Cushions/furniture is a different animal. Using the vacuum sealed large plastic bag trick is the best way to make sure it gets to its source.
