Legacy Partners in the Memphis Area

If you are a carpet cleaning company in the Memphis Area and are approached by Legacy Partners (out of Nashville) to provide cleaning services to their properties, in Memphis and Northern MS be warned. Getting them to pay their bills in a timely fashion is next to impossible. Someone tried to warn me, but I didn't listen. By all means make them sign a contract, and provide for legal fees if they default on their account. It sounded like it was a good opportunity to grow my business, but in reality they almost took me out. They still owe me several thousand dollars and some of these invoices go back to January. It's now August.......I have found a way to survive in spite of them, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I have gone through. I do want to be clear, they have paid me some money, but not without me threatening to stop service and threatening with an attorney. None of us have that kind of time in our busy lives.
