From what I've heard they're great machines, just very high priced. Something that big I would hate to try to use around here, a lot of the buildings I do can't handle the power draw of even a 500psi extractor with heat.

For tile only that will work fine (don't expect much heat), carpet not so much. 212° instant heat is super misleading, expect 20-25° MAX over incoming water temps cleaning carpet @ 1.25 GPM. Tile cleaning that heaters a boat anchor and a waste of a cord. Honestly, if you are used to a TM, that particular machine is 3 steps backwards.

I just saw it and thought it looked cool for a portable. I always prefer my truck mount

Tough to get a do all portable off the shelf. The Mytee air hog/water hog combo comes very close to TM performance at the wand. Heat is the hard part, but can be done for lock in high rise work with 1-2 more cords.

I used to have one of those and it is Heavvvyyyy. The heat was good as long as you used the wand that came with it. (it had 11001 jets). Larger jets flowed too much solution and the heater couldn't keep up.
