I was biting my tongue on this thread, I didn't like where it was going but it has turned around so I will now post. We all have areas that need improvement, some more than others. Bashing is not the way to get improvement, constructive criticism is. At the end of the day there are only a few questions we need to ask ourselves. 1. Did I give the best customer service I could and could I improve on it? 2. Was I honest in all of my dealings and transactions? 3. Were my customers happy and did they feel good about the service? 4. Did I do right by God and thank him for blessing me with work and knowledge? You see, there will always be someone better than you in your field and nobody is perfect. Pride comes before a fall, you get to cocky and you will fall, maybe not today or tomorrow but it will eventually happen. Have a good night my fellow carpet cleaners and God bless you all with bountiful work and safe days.
