I have a Brush Pro 20 LM that I use for commerial carpet and a Brush Pro 17 for residential. Just wondering what the LM is for.

My guess is that it means Low Moisture and is not to be used in Rug Pits immersed but still can be used for tile cleaning. But I cant find anywhere on the internet that explains it specifically.

I can't link to it, but it is Low Moisture like you were thinking. I found it in a description where they spelled the word out rather than just use LM. Steambrite.
