I use Yellow Gold from Nick(powder) and it works great for me at even lower dilution rates. Are you really going to sit here(Merty) and tell a guy what works best for him?You sound like a hen.

Joe,please dont encourage him to be more of an ass than he already is.

sHill it all you want.

Not only did I try it. I tried it twice.

That's why I said

"This was just my own findings. I know everybody's water and soiling they work with is different so not everybody is going to have fantastic results."

Chemical costs "are" nil.

But I'm not going to pay more for lesser results and more work.

Answer my question, KD.
Sorry Marty, did not see your post on page 3

I am a PowerMax user

And before you go into the quality issue, I have had one bucket over the many years of using
it that was not up to par, which was promptly replaced by Larry Cobb.

I am not opposed to using Cobb's stuff. In fact, years ago I tried using him. I won't go into the reasons why I didn't continue, you've heard it all before from several others over the years. The issues with Cobb are well known.

I have never used PowerMax, but Jim Martin (who I respect) uses it and says good things about it.

It's almost time for me to order again. I may call Cobb and order some of it and give it a try.

i have use several of Larrys products - service was always good, product was good - Larry took me on a tour of his facility and I have to tell you it was very impressive. Look forward to meeting up with him at NBYBBQ and convincing him to come on over to the dark side.

I ordered a 45# bucket of it yesterday. Something like $135 total with shipping. I will test it side by side with 02 and see if it is comparable for ME.

You guys will probably never hear of my results, because not one of you GAS.

LOOZERS!

Keep in mind Cobb has many other great products and if you order over $400 worth its free shipping making that 45# only $105.

I like to order 45# Powermax, 25# bucket of powder brightener, 25# bucket of odor attack, ultra seal for sealing grout and liquid peroxide.

I will say i tried the liquid HD preconditioned and did not like it. It cleans very well but it stinks, actually the smell gave me a bit of a headache.
