We signed up for this offer from hcp a week or so ago. After a few days, we were told that they could not get our customer job history/details info from the file we sent (we sent it in the format they requested). We were told we would need to import all that history into quickbooks then they could get it into hcp. It wasn't how it was explained to us, but I'm still hoping the benefits of hcp makes up for us having to use 2 databases.
