Here’s the short version what could I have done with that grout to get it cleanPunctuations please. It's quite vexing to read what people are trying to say when it's one, big, loooooooong sentence that has no ending.
I even bleach it . I steamed it and used Miracle natural stain and grout cleanerSodium Hypclorite would've cleaned it right up! That stuff is so hard to find though, can only get it from 2 specialty labs in the entire world......

Just learn how to re grout, sometimes grout is stained deep and there isnt a chem that will clean it. Re grouting isnt that hard and the bonus is you sell them on a waterproof grout plus a bigger job ticket
no offense
grout or epoxy grout doesn't seem like an issue, seems like it's just experience that is lacking.
some floors can be aggravating without the proper chems.
i watched a guy spend $400-$500 on chems too strip a ceramic floor that homeowners were waxing. when i got there he had spent days on this job. and i showed him all the areas that still had wax thats why in his situation grout didn't look clean, cuz it wasnt.
he used a super hot tm, spinner, op machine, 175 and super strippers he ordered just for the job!
all he needed was a $10/gal stripper and lots of patience and too work I have 25 years in cleaning experience I can usually tell if something ain’t coming clean this was not a perfesional tile job it a realistate property I was hired to clean it made me realize the opportunity to make additional money on tile me and my husband have been striping and waxing already so now I’m wanting to learn tile and learn from my mistakes
For the record, plain old Clorox bleach is about 8% sodium hypochlorite.Sodium Hypclorite would've cleaned it right up! That stuff is so hard to find though, can only get it from 2 specialty labs in the entire world......

high ph can also cause trouble on stone floors btw
