Here’s the short version what could I have done with that grout to get it cleanPunctuations please. It's quite vexing to read what people are trying to say when it's one, big, loooooooong sentence that has no ending.
I even bleach it . I steamed it and used Miracle natural stain and grout cleanerSodium Hypclorite would've cleaned it right up! That stuff is so hard to find though, can only get it from 2 specialty labs in the entire world......
Why is this your problem? Sometimes they just don't come clean. It is just stained. This is the job that made me spend $4000.00 to start doing tile I’m pretty sure this is epoxy grout it was stained with red mud would not come clean offered to color the grout he wouldn’t have it so the company I do my bank foreclosures found him a marble specialist what could I have done with that grout
I’m OCD ,and epoxy grout is the hardest to clean .i need to learn moreWhy is this your problem? Sometimes they just don't come clean. It is just stained.

That’s a perk of also having a house washing business! I get 250 Gallons of Sodium Hypochlorite delivered every Thursday. Never used it for grout though. Use it on houses, and concreteSodium Hypclorite would've cleaned it right up! That stuff is so hard to find though, can only get it from 2 specialty labs in the entire world......
Just learn how to re grout, sometimes grout is stained deep and there isnt a chem that will clean it. Re grouting isnt that hard and the bonus is you sell them on a waterproof grout plus a bigger job ticket
grout or epoxy grout doesn't seem like an issue, seems like it's just experience that is lacking.
some floors can be aggravating without the proper chems.
i watched a guy spend $400-$500 on chems too strip a ceramic floor that homeowners were waxing. when i got there he had spent days on this job. and i showed him all the areas that still had wax thats why in his situation grout didn't look clean, cuz it wasnt.
he used a super hot tm, spinner, op machine, 175 and super strippers he ordered just for the job!
all he needed was a $10/gal stripper and lots of patience and too work I have 25 years in cleaning experience I can usually tell if something ain’t coming clean this was not a perfesional tile job it a realistate property I was hired to clean it made me realize the opportunity to make additional money on tile me and my husband have been striping and waxing already so now I’m wanting to learn tile and learn from my mistakes
For the record, plain old Clorox bleach is about 8% sodium hypochlorite.Sodium Hypclorite would've cleaned it right up! That stuff is so hard to find though, can only get it from 2 specialty labs in the entire world......
It was a front entrance it was so caked with dirt I know marble is senstive miracle natural stone is my choice because it’s safe I only bleach the grout with out getting on the marble there is a floor at one of the offices I clean that has the same kind of grout he’s let different tile compines come in no machine or chemical has got his cleanis it in a restroom? or kitchen hall where? location will determine some chems too use.
high ph can also cause trouble on stone floors btw
