If the economy doesn't tank we are on par to double the size of our business this year. There are a few key strategies we implemented this year that have been difference makers. If you are interested please click the Like button and I will share. 
Here is how we've done it;
1) Closing more sales via answering phones. We now ask for their name early on in the phone calls and give them our name. By formally introducing ourselves to the potential client we have raised our closure rate. Why? Because it is harder to hang up on a person you have formally met than hang up on a stranger or an impersonal company. Try it.
2) We set up an encapsulation mini van and introduced our new "economy package" for the some price shoppers. There will be move outs and people on a budget who can't afford our regular rates. Why not offer an economy package. Toyota,Chevrolet,Ford,Nissan and many others have been doing it for decades. The differences are minor but the lower lines are more affordable. A mini van gas and encap machines are very inexpensive to offer. We have found upsales have still been good esp where there are pets.
3) Working hard our past clients who are a gold mine every month with Service Monster post cards and Rich Cleaner "I miss you" strategy So many cleaners neglect their past clients. Add to that starting a rug spa coupled with the above and we are breaking the glass ceiling and will either double our business or come close!
