Oh my he is using an upholstery tool. Dude prespray and use a stair tool. Shyt I use a 15" scrub wand om those things. 30 seconds a side. If they aren't to dirty I just run a hand buffer on them. God bless...help you.

Unfortunately/fortunately I am getting paid good money for these. And a different company cleaned some of these last week and they were still super dirty so now here I am lol

I don't see a problem with people getting together and doing charity work to clean the Ronald McDonald Houses for those in need.
It was a joke as Rob and Mikey don't vacation together or send each other Christmas cards....

What are you pricing each cubicle side? I had one company had me quote like about 800 panel walls. It was insane, they back out of it after they saw quotes from myself and others.

I charged 15 dollar per side on this one. I know that this is high(at least I think so and when I have compentative bids I am almost always 2x-3x times higher then everyone else) but I always ask to do a demo for them. I really take my time. I use an upholstery tool spot treat as nessary dry them and do any touch ups nessary with some encap. I pretty much win every bid if I can get them to have all the companys do demos. Tonight was 160 panels did it with my helper in just a touch over 12 hours.
