I use a RX20 on light tan commercial carpet, it was leaving swirl marks and when I went to go back over it to dry, the head was spitting grey drops of water everywhere. Very frustrating, it would not stop. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what have you done to fix it?
Thank you in advance, Ave

Seems that it might be gear oil? or dirty residue dripping down
Remove head and wipe the machine down

Could be the oil seal on the shaft where the head spins on . It get hair in there that needs to be cleaned out .
