Pretty simple really.
There are only so many hours in a day. So its a supply and demand problem. There are only so many hours in a day . burnout happens when your working too many hours. so demand exceeds supply. When demand exceeds supply, prices rise.
To work less hours (and make more money) just raise your prices.
As an additional note, if your working too many hours, your not managing your business properly. You dont control your business, your business controls you. Happens way too often. Its a Management issue. Like too many other businesses, many owners know how to clean, but dont know how to manage a business.
