How long before you guys started "doing well"

You will always work at it.....just after a year or two ubnder your belt you have repeat

LOL I had a newbie tech that went out on a flood job and it was the first time on his own. He called me (I was out of town) and he told me, "Something isn't working right. The hose is blowing bubbles in the water!"

I'm probably the luckiest cleaner here, after working for a business for 7 years I was given the opportunity to purchase it on payments. Jan-apr was rough, but I've found some good employees and I'm running two trucks, 4-5 jobs a day and booked out a week or two in advance. No advertising, just riding the coattails of the old owner and his reputation. My biggest concern now is replacing the white magic Triton and pro 1900.
