I am curious, how has Covid 19 affected your business. I have been in business for 27 years and this has been the slowest year ever. It seems my regular residential clients are not calling very much and new clients are all but nonexistent. I have talked to a couple of carpet cleaners in my area and they said the same thing but then all carpet cleaners seem to lie to one another on how busy they are so I have to take that with a grain of salt. But then my sister had her carpets cleaned and all the carpet cleaners in her area said they could not get to her for 2 wks. She did find a guy (he did a great job) he said he was pretty busy too. So given all that it would seem it is just me, my phone is not ringing. I could understand if we had a bad reputation but we have a 5.0 or 4.9 on all the websites except Yelp because Yelp sucks ass. But that is another story. I believe we are ranting top 3 in the Map Pack in a pretty good size area but my phone just isn't ringing. Is there something you are doing differently than usual or is there just something I am missing?
