Nike shuffle, brush, rag, Oreck orbiter. (I edge with my Oreck since it will miss less of the corner)

On most jobs it's really not a concern. Only on the heavily soiled jobs. And at that point you just do a little hand scrub with a towel.

The thing with encap is it gets to dwell until it's dry. So in theory on light enough soil levels your should be able to just spray the encap and walk away.

I wouldn't suggest that on a job, but let's say you wanted to clean your carpets using encap. You could spray your carpet every 6th vacuum cycle or so and you would never have to clean beyond spraying on the encap and vacuuming. In theory at least.

White pad 13" on the Oreck gets you very close . White pad on the doodlebug holder gets it all. Want to use only a microfiber pad ?? Easy. Direct Mop Sales and get their 5" wide wall washing pads . They sell the holders for these and poles etc.
No getting on hands and knees and no carrying yet another machine around . Time saver, money saver .
Hope it helps !!
All the Best, Ed

Make sure your bonnet is at least 2" larger than your pad driver. So if you are running a 17" pad driver on the Orbot, run at least a 19" bonnet, for bad edges and corners you could run a 20-21" this will make sure you have bonnet agitation on edges an corners. True the full weight of the machine will not be on those extra outer inches, but typically the corners are not as bad and so spraying your encap and agitating with the larger bonnet is usually sufficient.
