Funny thing is we don't compete with HouseCall. From my understanding HCP is a CRM, while at CL support an open web approach by integrating with +90 CRMs and letting our Owners choose who they want to run their day to day operations with. I don't think I've ever had a prospective customer tell me they were considering us vs. HCP.
My problem with Customer Lobby was that I got complaints from some of my customers that said that the customer lobby rep were irritating in pushing for the customer to elaborate on the review of my service. I chose not to use CL.
