Housecall all the way, would be absurd to just pay a one time fee for a piece of software that's being worked on around the clock.

I love it so much making so much more amd way more organized

I am wondering the the same thing. I use hcp and load my customers into it. It is great but... Who is to say in the future they don't start marketing directly to them for other services or to other cleaners. I mean hcp is really the owner of the data as it is cloud based. Eventually making me pay 10 or 20 percent to clean my own customers homes.

My customers are mine they love me for me i doubt they would change to another cleaner. I treat them so good

Since I started Housecall my business became very organized and customer retention has skyrocketed, we have also gained about 100 reviews on various review sites accross the web. The money I save on cc processing alone pays for the monthly charges. I find it invaluable...I sure don't feel that it is a rip off. but that's just me...I feel exactly the same as Rob, couldn't imagine going back to my old ways.

we do residential work consisting of tenant cleans, move outs, move ins, homeowners selling house buying house, remodeling house, usually to the tune of 60plus a week and we do all the bill work around these cash jobs. I being the owner I take the highest paying ones lol, its good being the king !

I don't think housecall pro would help me in all of that,, now of these I have created relationships with a lot of them so they are regular customers going back 20 years. We are in a different circumstance

I like house call pro because before this i was using my head to just remeber job and maybe google calander when i would enter the job

I am assuming that is a "Yes", you post like my 18 year old son used to talk until I got him to start talking like an adult.

If you are set up on payroll with yourself and your employees and are keeping track of all your expenses your tax liability should not be too bad unless you are doing $200k+ for the year. Set up a saving account and start transferring money on a monthly basis based on your sales to cover your a$$, set 15% of your sales into saving.
