Can clean it again slow with high heat to reset the heatset. I've never had an issue of it not coming out

I doubt very much there’s fixing it. Looks like you may have “melted” the fiber. It’s hard to tell from the picture. If it’s just a Mayer of resetting the fiber you maybe luckily enough to get a bit of steam going and try steaming it back.

In all my years I've never seen that happen, how is it possible?

That's part of why I don't mind HX technology, it already gets so hot I can't hold it with my bare hands, how much hotter do you need it?

Just wanted to provide an update. went back to resteam the effected areas. It looked good when I left but wasn’t 100% untill I see it dry. The customer this morning confirmed that everything was good.

Congrats on the save!

So that you don’t have to use soap or,
when you do • • • mama-mia ! <——- ya really need it !

Really useful when dealing with urine / coffee-tannins /
”graphite” stains, etc. <—— really, anything.

Biggest drawbacks :
- equipment trails ( more like an equipment gauntlet ).
- carpet melts can easily occur • w o caution.

I might be switching from diesel to hx, but for sure I love all that power for the awful jobs. Nothing gets water hotter on demand. Pretty sure my tm has a bigger furnace than my house.

Which Solution hose do you use ?
I use raptor solution hoses w stainless steel QD’s.
They last the longest before wear ( not leaks ), makes them unpresentable. They are still useable • but not pretty
