    Can anyone help me get the brown out of this wool carpet. Customer said it could be pet urine or coffee, but she tried to clean herself and it got darker. The picture on the left side is what it should look like. Thanks!

    I’d try soaking it with acid rinse and see if that helps. Mix some up at 1:10 and give it a 1/2 hour dwell time.

    Yes. I like Fab Set but any acid rinse will work.

    acid or reducer are the two ways to go. I would try acetic Haitian cotton shampoo. Or Flex first.
