Just signed up last week, havent had much time to post, but if I am to continue to grow my business then I need to become more web smart and stay ahead of the new cut throat so called carpet cleaners that are popping up everywhere wanting to "clean the whole house for 99.00" or 15.00 per room. I have seen many come and go in the little time Ive been in this business, lost clients to someone coming in and under bidding, then going out of business a year or two later because they cant afford to keep it. Its funny how everyone starts off with $ signs in their eyes ready to take on the world and steal everyones accounts then gets the accounts and loses them because they have no idea what they are doing ! I have a butler in an 87 chevy van that I have rebuilt everything on from the butler to the van. It has probably cost me more to do it this way than to buy a new butler system. Sometimes I see the big new franchise vans that drive by laughing or making comments about my old van with the flames and chrome wheels but you know what ? Im the guy that ends up taking their clients because they left the carpets too wet or couldnt remove they stains or they were just rude and the clients have nothing but negative things to say about them. The way I see it i cant have even one negative thought about me or my business !
