Currently only doing residential, but I am definitely chomping at the bit to get into commercial work. When I started
the company 3 years ago, all I had was a cold water unit (really nice one though), so anything that had to do with
hot water work was off the menu. Now, I've got a nice 3000psi hot water unit and ready to rock. Would you have
any tips about going after that sort of work? Any would be appreciated.

.

Commercial like any marketing is repetition.
your 2 main sources of leads will be telemarketing and canvassing door to door
then networking and some follow up direct mail

Thanx Rob, and thanx Shane for the info. I will employ those tactics when the weather gets a
little warmer... or, do you think I should start now? I would like to go after fast food restaurants
initially, and then work my way into larger structures. I am guessing that you have to get on the
corporate vendor list for fast food restaurants, but if they are franchises, maybe I just get in touch
with the owners? If that is the case, I was thinking about putting together a flashy three fold
brochure or folder package with pricing, types of service, etc.
