Just wanted to send Torrey a big thank you for having me out on a ride along with him yesterday. All newbs should find someone to ride along with at least once. Definitely worth my 4 hours of drive time to get out to Indy and back. Thanks Torrey!

I would love to go on a Ride-A-Long w/ Torrey. How much are tickets? I had to learn "everything" from the internet. I swear I've learned more from YouTube than any IICRC class. I wish I had the opportunity to work under a Master Tech for a year before becoming a owner/operator.

Let's see here... No ties, no tuxedos, no toad spotter, and we each bought our own lunch. It was kind of cool watching Torrey make like 2k on measly Friday... Lol, not really! we had a good day though. 3 residential jobs: one empty house house, one nosy work from home older man, who Torrey up-sold on some upholstery and tile cleaning, and one nice 2 story house at the end of the day. Nothing crazy, just a good solid day. Nice chance to how it all should run.

Ride along with anyone here regardless of where you are in your business progress and you will learn much.
This is true if you ride with Will whose been at it for a year or so, Torrey whose cleaned for 5 years or myself at 30+ years.

Rob, I rode along with your DVD. Good stuff. It really helped me out since I didn't really have anyone to ride with in my area. Thanks.
This is a pay it forward industry when your associating with good people.
I learned from one of my very best friends who knew I would be his direct area competition. I also watched the Rob Allen Ride along DVD and it is very good for anyone in the early stages of business. I highly recomend picking that up.
Jed, was amazing. I actually kept telling him I feel bad because he seems so more advanced than a true new guy and I wasn't teaching him much. But he reassured me he appreciated it!
We talked alot grout color seal as he's already more advanced in that than I am. In fact I may go to the school in FL for it that he did.
He also was Bitting his tongue almost off that I wasn't trying to upsell color seal to our first job (which he was instrumental in helping me sell the tile work that wasn't originally scheduled) because it would have been a easy slam dunk. But I hated the nosy work from home guy and wasn't sure what would happen if I had to keep that smile painted on my face much longer, haha.
So all that being said, I have no doubt Jed is going to be wildy successful in this business and here's why I say that, he is well dressed, well spoken, has great attention to detail, and probably most importantly he has a real FIRE for going and getting sales!
