Nothing to brag about but I’m sure happy to see forward progress with my cleaning business. Got a 95 Econoline Cargo Van last night. Finally will have space for my equipment!
Brand spanking New Trans, Brand New Front Brakes, Rotors, Windshield, Sparkpulgs, Wires, Cap, Coil, Brand New Fuel Pump, filter, hoses, and such. I’m pretty sure someone got rid of it because even after someone replaced about everything it misfired while getting off the gas at high speeds and they prob got sick and tired of it. Did it for 200 miles on my way home from getting it. I’m 99% sure I solved it by adding a piece of electrical tape on a malfunctioning EGR Valve today and solved it :)

Nice! Now the next investment you need to make is some lettering on the van. I went my first 3 years without lettering, biggest mistake I ever made. I spent $400 lettering my van (I did it myself) and within the first week it had paid for itself. I get 2-3 jobs a week from someone seeing my van and calling.

Hey bud just a quick glance at that site, thx!!!! Awesome lead in the right direction
The nice thing about it too is if money is tight you can do a little at a time. Start with your company name & phone number, add more as you can such as your services.

I’m with Todd, Van wrap or this lettering to me is a priority. It’s one of the first things I’ll do before even hitting the streets with it. To me it also looks more professional then just another cargo van. Let’s face it cargo vans like mine aren’t the prettiest of sights either.

Nice solid van for the year. You probably got a good deal on it. Your going to love it No more putting the porty in the Pinto trunk......LOL
Not a pinto but a Ford Escort Trunk, lol!

I don’t know if it was a good or bad deal to be honest. $3000
But I’m telling you trans was installed less then 500 miles ago, rotors-pads same, same with all plugs wires cap and upgraded coil. New windshield. Tires brand spanking new as well. Fuel pump filter done this week before sold. While I was looking at it, I noticed a plaque said remanufactored motor on it. It was a former state police crime scene van, drives tight. Not sure honestly if it was good or bad but the owner drove it about 1.5 hrs closer to us so we could shave off time going to go pick it up. It’s only a E150 but I’m happy!

My first van update, it’s a lemon! Thought I fixed it but nope. Mechanic recommended a new engine today. I’m going to do some trouble shooting way before I do that. Talked to a few people today and everyone agreed it’s not a engine but something else. So who knows. But man I wanted a van to help with business and don’t have much expendable time troubleshooting. What a bummer.
