Well this has been here long enough. Lets see what Gods word has to say....Act 8:36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
Act 8:37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
Act 8:38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.
So the requirement for Baptism is simply...belief.
Baptism is an ordinance given by Jesus, the same as communion. It is an act that shows an outward display of dying to one's self and living for Christ. If you are looking for a requirement, yes repentance would be a good one. I couldn't imagine anyone wanting to be baptized if they haven't committed their lives to Christ, which would involve repentance.
