I got Cov in March 2020 but didn’t know what it was. No one did at that time (except those who planned it). It was 2 weeks shortness breath and flu like symptoms. I weathered it but seemed lot lingering issues so I went on strict diet and exercise. I did great for 2 years until couple weeks ago. Not sure if a variant or what as I’ve never been tested. This time about same but not same amount shortness breath. Just chills, fever and general weakness. Starting to subside now but lingering dry mouth and night sweats. Anyone else have Cov once or twice and what did you do?
get tested, doesnt cost much, and the US is giving away 4 tests per household, go to US postal web site, there might be a limited supply. stores sells Tests usually 9.99 per test.
I do test regularly to be safe. Although many people hate masks they do help and prevent spread, but they have to be worn to prevent the spreader and protect . Wear a mask
yeah everyone hates them, but I love them. Before covid I just could not find a way to tell people "dude your breath stinks!" I use to wish id be able to say
if youd be a star wars character, with that breath youd be known as chew-caca
now since everyone pretty much wears one, I dont smell ca ca breath anymore.
I now understand why some people object wearing masks, they themselves cant stand their own ca ca breath!
My advice to you
get tested,
take vitamin D,
have an inhaler prescribed like albuterol
Eucalyptus helps to clear stuff
DO NOT HESITATE to get help if breathing or coughing gets bad
get well
wait 90 days
if need be get vaccinated
With all do respect, at your age you need to be carfeul
pneumonia is serious and
now theres
COVID pneumonia
and it hits seniors hard!
(No offense)
Stop winging it, its serious
