Direct Drive Control Panel Water Valve: Hot water can be drawn from the face panel in order to mix powder chemical or to fill a pump sprayer. This same valve easily allows system pressure to be released for connecting hoses and for winterization. Pump Pressure Gauge & Adjustment Knob: This feature is easily accessible on the face panel. The adjustment knob allows for adjustment of pump water pressure with out opening the console, and is easily read with this glycerin filled gauge, which displays for 0-300psi. Chemical Selector Valve: This two-way valve allows the operator to turn on or prime the chemical system. The priming mechanism is vacuum assisted which allows a complete & instantaneous prime each and every time. Chemical Adjustment Knob: By turning this knob the operator may adjust the chemical flow from 0-5gph. Chemical Flow Meter: The chemical flow meter reads the flow of chemical going to the cleaning tool. Read in GPH (gallons per hour) this is a more consistent chemical flow compared to other systems that meter CCM. Solution Temperature Gauge: Simply pull the trigger and watch your temperature soar. The gauge will read up 330°F and its sending unit is placed right before the heated solution exits the machine. This added benefit allows the operator to know exactly what the temperature is at the wand, within a few degrees. Tachometer: White Magic Direct Drive machines are all equipped with a tachometer, which reads the Vehicle’s engine RPM. Vacuum Gauge: This glycerin filled gauge displays the vacuum lift of the blower; routine check of this gauge during operation will help determine if maintenance of the vacuum system is required. Ignition: Remote Ignition located on the front of the face panel allows for easy starting of the machine. With just a turn of this switch the machine is operational and the engine RPM is automatically brought to the proper speed. The operator can quickly adjust the machine between Carpet Cleaning or Water Extraction modes. Hour Meter: Keeps track of the machines operation, so that the operator can keep track of the routine service of the Vehicle and Equipment. Blower Lubrication Port: Conveniently located on the face panel of the machine, this port allows for proper lubrication of the blower. Pump Oil Site: Allows for a quick and easy check of the Pump oil without having to remove the console cover. Console Cover: An important part of the design the console cover can quickly be removed to gain access to the machine within seconds. The console covers on the Direct Drive Systems are fastened with only two easy to handle star knobs. This durable cover is constructed out of aircraft aluminum and powder coated for years of use. |

Direct Drive Main Assembly
CATPUMP™ 5CP Pump: This extremely reliable ceramic plunger pump has eliminated the need to replace rubber caps, as required on other style pumps. The entire pumping system pumps only cold water which provides long term reliability for thousands of hours. It is furnished with an easy to reach oil drain valve and hose allowing for easy scheduled maintenance. Chemical Injection Pump: This stainless steel pump with an “o”-ring operates without the use of a diaphragm spring, which adds to the longevity of the pump. Chemicals inject at the final stage of the system. This eliminates chemical residue build-up within the high-pressure pump, heat exchanger, and system controls. External Blower Grease Fittings: These fittings are accessible through the door of the console cover. Excess grease expelled from the blower is collected in a grease cup, which is adhered to the systems frame keeping the floor of your van grease free, and for easy clean-up. Vacuum Blowers: White Magic units utilize ROOTS™ blowers, the most durable and reliable blowers on the market. The Whispair blowers have built-in input and output noise suppressors that greatly reduce the noise level. Browning Pulleys: These top of the line pulleys are used exclusively throughout the White Magic Systems. Cast pulleys are balanced to run true which results in superior belt grip and prolonged life. White Magic also uses top quality Dayco and Goodyear belts, which add life to the entire system. Automatic Belt Tensioner: This feature eliminates the hassle of periodically removing the console and manually adjusting the blower belts. Correct tension is maintained to minimize belt slippage and provide longer belt life. Standard Heat Exchanger: Heated from the engines antifreeze, this stainless steel heat exchanger provides exceptional reliability and heat performance. This heat exchanger is also constructed with the exclusive high efficiency tube finned copper coil. Electric Pump Clutch: A clutch allows the pump to be disengaged during water extraction operation. It provides added life for the water circulation system. Stainless Steel Hoses: White Magic uses stainless steel Teflon high temperature pressure hoses to interconnect system components. All system components are easily accessible and can be easily removed should service or replacement be necessary. Wiring Harness: White Magic Direct Drive Systems only have 4 wires in their wiring harnesses compared to 30+ wire, wiring harnesses of other manufacturers. This simplification of the system wiring allows for quick diagnosis should there be a wiring problem, which relates to less down time. Blower Oil Level Sight Tube: Easy to read blower oil sight tube is visible through the side panel without having to remove them. The blower oil sight tube has red high and low markings so that with just a glance the operator can know how much oil is in the blower. |

Van is located in Johnston Rhode Island it has a troubled transmission not sure why and the rear end is also not functioning I have a Chevy 2500 with a good rear end 373 gear for parts and possible transmission may work as well this is a 2004 not sure if the tranny will work but there is a good chance I’m selling the machine The van goes with it for free I have the last registration that is all that is required when purchasing a vehicle that is a 2000 or older in Rhode Island you can get this information on RIDMV in the left-hand column on the registration all 50 states honor this and will do a title search upon registering if you decide to keep this vehicle, i’ve seen other classified listings for this machine and similar from $10,000 up to $48,000 so this is well below the value of the equipment it has about 3500 operating hours on the machine if interested I can get more detailed pictures and information, this is not my field so I may have some of the description wrong but I am 90% sure everything is correct for the most part I acquired this unit because in my field I Purchased vehicles and equipment from companies ranging from all different types of machinery the company I purchased this from has over 30 trucks and had gotten to the point where they were no longer going to try to keep this one on the road as the truck was the problem not the machine $4500 Is my asking price for the complete unit if interested give me a call or text message 401-454-9552
